essential pre-treatment reading – infection control/COVID 19
Thank you for booking an appointment with me. Your safety and wellbeing are of paramount importance to me. Here are a few important things to note before your treatment:
To keep us all safe, I am following government guidelines, my professional body guidelines (IFPA and AOR), and also following The Well Garden’s strict hygiene protocol for COVID 19. The room and equipment is thoroughly cleaned before and after each treatment.
Please view The Well Garden’s Safety Protocol here https://thewellgarden.co.uk/what-were-doing-to-keep-you-safe/
I’ll give you a call/send you a form the day before your treatment to run through a consultation and ask additional COVID screening questions.
If you or anyone in your household (or someone you have had contact with) experiences Covid-19 symptoms between now and your appointment, and/or if you or a household member have been asked to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace, please contact me to CANCEL your appointment. You will not be charged for this late cancellation.
As a ‘close contact’ therapist, I am required by UK law to pass client contact details to NHS Test & Trace, if needed.
There are plenty of hand sanitiser stations within The Well Garden – please ensure that you sanitise your hands at a minimum on arrival and on leaving, and as needed throughout your time at the clinic.
I ask that clients wear a face covering for during their time in the clinic space and during their treatment. Please bring and wear your mask unless you fall into an exemption category. I will be wearing a face mask or a face mask and visor depending on the treatment you have booked.
I am taking regular Lateral Flow Tests
The room will be well ventilated. I will use heaters in the colder months but you are welcome to bring a blanket with you to keep you extra warm.
Please bring your own water with you.
