aromatherapy
Aromatherapy uses carefully selected essential oils to support both physical and emotional wellbeing. These highly concentrated plant extracts carry the natural aroma and therapeutic properties of the plants they come from, making them a powerful addition to holistic treatment.
Following a detailed consultation, I create a bespoke blend tailored to your individual needs and the treatment outcomes we agree together. As our sense of smell is closely linked to memory, mood and emotion, it’s important that the aroma is one you genuinely connect with and enjoy.
I use organic essential oils and cold pressed carrier oils in all massage treatments unless requested otherwise — something that rarely happens. Aromatherapy also combines beautifully with reflexology, helping to deepen relaxation and enhance the overall benefits of treatment.
Alongside treatments, I also create bespoke aromatherapy products as part of an ongoing wellbeing plan or as standalone recommendations following an in-depth consultation.
massage
I truly believe in the power of touch and the important role it plays in our wellbeing. Safe, supportive, non-reciprocal touch is something we need as human beings, helping us feel grounded, connected and cared for.
Over the years I’ve trained with a variety of schools and practitioners, each bringing their own unique perspective and approach. My treatments bring together this experience and intuition to create a treatment that feels right for you.
Using both the verbal and non-verbal cues you share during a session, I work with you to ease physical discomfort, calm the nervous system and gently release areas of held tension — whether physical, emotional or both. Together we may decide that a full body treatment is most beneficial, or that focusing on a particular area would offer the greatest support.
A treatment is a collaborative process — one that creates the space for you to slow down, tune into your body and receive the support you need.
reflexology
Reflexology is a gentle, holistic therapy that works to support balance and wellbeing throughout the body. By applying pressure to specific reflex points on the feet — and sometimes the hands — reflexology aims to support the body’s natural restorative processes through the interconnected nerve and energy pathways.
A treatment can help calm the nervous system, ease the effects of everyday stress and encourage deep relaxation, creating the conditions for both body and mind to rebalance. Many clients find reflexology supportive for improving sleep, lifting mood, easing tension and enhancing their overall sense of wellbeing. Sometimes, simply allowing yourself time to fully relax can have a profound effect.
Following an initial consultation, we’ll agree together on the focus of your treatment. I use both the verbal and non-verbal cues you share during the session to tailor the treatment to your individual needs, supporting the release of physical and emotional tension where it may be held.
Some clients benefit from a short course of treatments closer together, while others choose regular sessions as part of their ongoing self-care and wellbeing routine.
